Our certificates/cards are no longer printed with expiration dates (a policy that was enacted in 2006).

Spafinder Wellness 365 Instant Gift Certificate/Card may be printed as many times as desired, but may be used only once.

Can promotional codes be combined?

My promotional code was not applied to the total charges in my order. Can my discount be applied?

You should be able to use your certificate/card; however, we recommend checking with the location before making appointments or reservations.

Once a classic gift certificate/card has left our fulfillment facility, it is not possible to change the delivery method.

We are unable to change the gift certificate/card amount once the transaction is complete.

If I did not receive Rewards Points after booking spa treatments online using the "Book Online" feature, how can my points be adjusted?

Spafinder Wellness 365 is able to adjust the number of rewards points in your account if you provide us with the name of the spa or wellness business, the treatment provided, and a copy of the receipt. In order for a Spafinder Wellness 365 Gift Certificate/Card to be re-issued because it was lost in delivery, a claim must be filed with USPS/FedEx.

While Spafinder Wellness 365 and SpaWish are partners, they are separate brands that are treated individually as different companies and are therefore not interchangeable.

You may use a Spafinder Wellness 365 Gift Certificate/Card to purchase products from our online spa store. The amount will be deducted from your order total and a new mySpaShop Gift Certificate will be created for any unused balance. Certificates/cards may not be used towards shipping and handling costs.

Please check with the individual location at the time you make a reservation, as this is a decision that is made by each individual location at its own discretion.

American AAdvantage, US Airways and Southwest Airlines partner with Spafinder Wellness 365 to yield mileage points for every dollar I spend on the site. May I apply my member ID number after my purchase has already been made?

Points can be retroactively credited up to ninety (90) days after the date of the original order.

 

How long must I wait until I see this increment in points on my airline account?

Mileage will be credited within 6 - 8 weeks from the original order.
